Application
Articaine Inibsa 1:100000 is used during infiltration, local, intralegimentary, intraseptal and intrapulpular anesthetic management for anesthetization of traumatizing dental treatment:
- in case of traumatic interference as apparent hemostasis or improvement of visualization of operative filed may be required;
- oral surgery on mucous coat or bones, which require creating of conditions of more apparent ischemia: operations on dental pulp (amputation or extirpation);
- extraction of the broken tooth (osteotomy) or the toot affected by apical periodontitis;
- long-lasting surgical interferences; transosseus osteosynthesis, excision of cysts;
- interferences on mucous coat of the gun;
- apicectomy;
- in case of curettage in patients with periodontitis, as well as in dental care with the use of methods of pulpotomy and pulpectomy.
Description
Articaine agents with the concentration of epinephrinum 1:100 000 are used during long-lasting and traumatizing dental interventions, which require prolonged anesthetization and active hemostasis for reduction of bleeding tendency while treatment. Articaine 1:100000 is local anesthetic, which provides high degree of efficiency and safety.

Articaine Inibsa 1:200000 is optimum combination of articaine and epinephrinum for the majority of dental interferences
Application
Articaine Inibsa 1:200000 is used during infiltration, local, intralegimentary, intraseptal and intrapulpular anesthetic management for anesthetization of traumatizing dental interferences:
- uncomplicated extraction of one or several teeth;
- dental cavitation;
- grinding of teeth before prosthetic repair;
- in case of direct tooth restauration;
- opening of tooth cavity in case of acute and aggravated periodontitis;
- scaling in case of gingivitis and periodontitis
Description
4% solution of articaine Inibsa 1:200 000 doesn’t yield according to anesthetic activity to 4% solution of articaine Inibsa 1:100 000, but it has higher degree of safety, especially for the patients if risk group. Low toxicity of articaine and high therapeutic index make it the agent of choice in children, pregnant women and elderly people.

Applications
Special anesthetic Scandinibsa (mepivacaine hydrochloride 3%) without vasoconstrictor is applied for local anesthesia in various therapeutic and surgical interferences in mouth cavity:
- unction of mucous coats in case of intubation of trachea, broncoesofagoscopia and tonsillectomy;
- for patients with cardiovascular insufficiency;
- for patients with diabetes mellitus;
- for patients with hypertensive disease;
- for patients with thyrotoxicosis;
- for patients who are under medical treatment with antidepressant drugs
Description
Scandinibsa has no vasorelaxant action, which makes it the agent of choice in patients with hypersensitivity to vasoconstrictors. Minimal vasodilatory effect makes it possible to use this anesthetic reduce to a minimum impacts to heart-vascular system. It is recommended for any type of interferences, in particular for patients with arterial hypertension, as well as for patients with coronary insufficiency and diabetes.
